CIVIL PROJECT

The third building of its kind in the Charlotte Market area. This Amazon distribution center is a part of Amazon's ongoing campaign to optimize the "Last Mile" in their supply chain.

Flowe Construction was responsible for handling the exterior concrete curb & gutter, sidewalks, drive entrances, stair cases, and road improvments. Unique to this project, Flowe Construction worked with Evans General contracting to install a concrete curb conduit to Amazon's new fleet of Electric Delivery vans. This feature provided charging stations to more than 800 electric vehicles. With skilled coordination with Evans General Contracting, the team was able to turn over the project within budget and on time.
